ATK
On 18 June 2019, Krishna announced that he had signed a one-year deal with ATK (now Mohun Bagan Supergiants), who played in the Indian Super League. Krishna made his debut against Hyderabad in his second match for ATK. Made a mark by scoring a goal against and after that, it became a familiar sight. Despite minor injury problems, he scored 15 goals, tied for most in the league with Nerijus Valskis and Bartholomew Ogbeche, and made six assists in 21 games.

ATK Mohun Bagan
After the 2019–20 season, Team ATK was disbanded and its brand merged with over a century-old club, Mohun Bagan, to become ATK Mohun Bagan. Krishna helped his team finish second in the league stage and achieve the runner-up spot in the playoffs, as well as winning the Golden Ball for scoring 22 goals in 23 games. Also won the award. On Mohun Bagan Day 2021, he extended his contract at the club for another year and was also awarded the Footballer of the Year by Mohun Bagan.
